Blog Writing Format:Technical

How to write a blog for Btech Technical communication?

By- Kira, Btech DS student

Have you ever thought the way people in technical fields make their technical blogs and sound professional let me tell you.....

Hey I know this is my first blog from my blog page, but let me tell you that, I am a Btech student and I am learning a topic called technical communication. Today we learned on the way to type and make a blog, let me start by telling the different ways to access a medium to make and upload your blogs.

3 Blogging websites that were discussed:

1. Blogger

2.Word Press

3. Medium

  • Then we learned that a blog is only one webpage eventhough, it is being hosted on a website caleed blogger and the website title is same as the blog title above "Blog Writing Format:Technical" this should be generic
  • The main title above on my blog "How to write a blog for Btech Technical communication?" is more specific. The generic website and blog title is so, that there is a wide search that is possible.
  • The permalink I have put as you can see on the top of the webpage in the address is using that generic title with certain extra keywords for better SEO(Search Engine Optimization), it is basically just a way for google to push your blog more with certain keywords relating to your blog post.
There should be certain images and videos which will make your blog more elaborative like this one I have used :

  • and it should have creative commons attribution you can use the tools feature on any search on google to see that so there is no copy right problem.

  • Tips to use in the format:

  • Hook Statement, as I have used in the start, basically any sentence in the start which hooks the people on to the blog and, if you have made it this far I am assuming my hook statement worked.
  • Interactive, the blog should be interactive, which might make you people reading my blog, want to comment or have a mental thought which is like 'I relate to that ' or makes you talk to the blog.
  • CTA(Call To Action), I will give you an example of this:
" in my next post

WHAT IS CTA CALL TO ACTION?

by- Kira

You know that part which gives you an insight into the next blog or show episode or any media sequel, so lets talk about it....

So call to action is a phenomenon in which people give a small preview, like the one I had given of this post in my previous post "Blog Writing Format:Technical"..........
